September 1, 2006, beloved husband of the late Julia (nee Palumbo) Bastian; dearest father of Thomas A. Bastian; loving grandfather of Brendan T. and Erin K. Bastian; brother of the late Paul, Louis, Nicholas Bastian, Elizabeth, Barbara Bredenberg, Anna Smith, and Ruth Zimmerman; also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will be present Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Service, 5200 Sheridan Dr. (corner of Hopkins Rd.) where funeral services will be held Monday at 9:15 AM and a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated from St. Lawrence Church at 10 AM.
