Of Buffalo, NY left this world unexpectedly on December 23rd, 2023 at 32 years old extinguishing the light In his parents hearts. Beloved son of William R. (Patty Mineo) Hites and Dru L. Hites; dearest nephew of Carol (Tom) Zimmer, Darcy Hettrich, Dan (Karen) Hettrich, David (Catherine) Hettrich, Dawn Hettrich, Barbara (Jon) DeLong, Dena (Mark) Liberman, Devon (Steve) Cooper, Marianne Hites, Dirk Hettrich and the late Dale Hettrich; cherished confidante & dear friend of Kristalee Hites and Elle Roesch; special friend young Ezra Carmody, his partner in adventures. Sasha also leaves behind his grieving cousins; Nicole, Cali, Andrea, Todd, Jaspur, Shelby, Bradley, Theodore, Dale, Spencer, Justin, William, Timothy, Trevor, Charlotte, Hope and the late Brian and Laura. We are sure his friends from the neighborhood, his schools, sports and community, all of those whom he loved and adored are grieving along with us. Sasha was a graduate of St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute and a founder of Marteking, Inc. and spent much of his career in marketing. An avid golfer, he traveled with his father to courses all over the country. Besides his love of golf, he enjoyed chess, pool, canoeing, hiking and yoga. Sasha also had a special place in his heart for his dogs and all living creatures. The family will receive friends at the (Delaware Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1132 Delaware Ave. (near West Ferry) from 4-8 PM on Thursday, January 4th. A Memorial Service will be held at Central Park United Methodist Church, 216 Beard Ave., Buffalo at 4 PM on Friday, January 5th. Sasha was a friend of Bill & Bob and received his 12-year sobriety medallion from his father in October at Central Park Group in Buffalo. Donations in Sasha's memory may be made to The Friends of the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter or to Central Park United Methodist Church.
