With love and heavy hearts, we share the passing of Antonio "Tony" Cardarelli, age 76, of Cheektowaga, NY, August 20, 2025. Devoted father of David (Erin Lashnits) Cardarelli and Elizabeth Cardarelli and the proud grandfather of Starla, Olive and Luna Cardarelli. Tony was the loving brother of Loretta Cardarelli and cherished uncle to Derick (Steven Sokoloski) Stalker, Neal (Caroline Scott) Stalker, Jeffrey Stalker, Margaux (James) Militello, Connor (Elizabeth) Stalker, James Kent and Daniel Kent. Antonio dedicated much of his life to his work. An accomplished Certified Public Accountant, he later earned his law degree and became a passionate advocate for the protection of children and reunification of families within the family court system. Despite years of chronic illness, Tony lived a full and meaningful life. To those who knew him, he was a warrior, a mentor and a legend-forever remembered for his resilience, wisdom and sarcastic humor. He will be deeply missed. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 1024 French Road (west of Borden), Cheektowaga, NY on Friday, August 29th from 3-8 PM where prayers will be held on Saturday, August 30th at 9:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Philip the Apostle Church at 10:00 AM. I met Tony years ago at a Fathers Rights organization on Elmwood Ave in Buffalo, He was always trying to help Fathers see there children that were going thru bad divorces or custody battles, He understood how important it is to have a Father involved in a child's life, Tony was a great lawyer and a true saint, I will never forget this great man, May he rest in peace for I know God will watch over him always.
