KOLOMETZ - Aurore V. Of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, NY. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on April 7, 1928, the daughter of the late Phil and Rose (Rivard) Aube. Mrs. Kolometz graduated from Niagara Falls High School. She was a life long member of Mt. Carmel Church. Mrs. Kolometz loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter. She was the wife of the late Michael John Kolometz, who passed away in June of 1991. Mrs. Kolometz was the mother of Michael J. (Sabrina) Kolometz and Dawn M. (Paul) Callahan; grandmother of Anastasia Kolometz; sister of Phyllis (late Skip) Thompson, Patricia (Bill) Summerfield, Diane (Mac) McIntosh; she is also survived by her dogs Jedi and Lea and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary "Lorraine" Sodano and Jeanette Innis. Her family will be present on Saturday from 3-6 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga St., LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will follow at 6 PM, with the Rev. Duane R. Klizek officiating.
