November 22, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Kathryn (nee Pfeiffer) Wilbert; loving father of Kathryn (Ronald) Gorkiewicz, Marilyn (Thomas) Knezetic, John (Mary) Wilbert and Susan (Robert) Senser; loving grandfather of Michele (Drew) Schinzel, Melinda (Robert) McIntyre, Andrew (Kelly) Gorkiewicz, Martin (Elizabeth) Gorkiewicz, Graham (Michala) Wilbert, Sarah (fiancé Joseph) Wilbert, Robin Senser and Emma Senser; loving great-grandfather of eight great-grandchildren; brother of Joan O'Connor, Ruth Haas and the late Alice, Nancy and Dorothy; also survived by nieces and nephews; longtime and cherished friend of the late Ann Ross. Family and friends may call Monday from 2-8 PM at THE DIETRICH FUNERAL HOMES, INC., 2480 Kensington Ave., Amherst. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM at Infant of Prague Church, 921 Cleveland Dr., Cheektowaga. Please assemble at church. Facial coverings and social distancing protocols will be observed for both. A member of American Legion Post #205 in Kenmore, Casimir was an active Parishioner of Infant of Prague Church and was the recipient of the St. Joseph the Worker award from the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Buffalo for his work and dedication.
