Charles HUK Obituary
Age 58, of North Tonawanda, on April 1, 2021, following a lengthy illness. Chuck passed while in the care of Northgate Manor. He is survived by his sons Zachary and Tyler; his mother, Ardith Palmer; sisters Cynthia (David) Leberer and Linda (Stephen) Brady; and his brother Michael (Rita). Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, former wife Joanne Huk and a long list of dedicated friends. The owner/operator of Huk Construction, Chuck was an accomplished carpenter, a craft learned from his late father, Edward. A dedication to providing his customers quality workmanship was a hallmark of his business. Chuck was a lifelong ice hockey fan, having participated in youth and adult hockey games for many years. He also was an auto racing buff, having attended many major professional races in the U.S. and Canada. Visitation will be Saturday, April 10, 2-5 PM at SABER FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 549 Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, (facial coverings and NYS COVID guidelines followed). A private family service will be held. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice at www.niagarahospice.org or Niagara County SPCA at niagaraspca.org.

Words cannot express the sorrow I share with your family during this time of great loss. Your dad had mad skills and magical craftsman hands! A father's guiding hand always sits on the shoulders of his children, may your fondest memories be your guiding light! Your dad was a great friend to me, we shared many laughs and tears over the last several years, I will never forget how he smiled when discussing you both, he was so proud and loved his family very much. I find peace in knowing how caring and loving your dad was. I hope you both know he will continue to walk beside you with those magical hands praying, protecting, laughing, loving, and best of all pain free! God Bless you all I will never forget my friend!

I am so sorry to hear about chuck, we worked together for over 30 years, great guy - you will be missed chuck, he called me many times during my health issue over the last 2 years to see how I was doing never telling me about himself. Rest in peace my friend!
