Clara DAVIS Obituary
Entered into peaceful rest on August 5, 2022, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Collin Davis Jr.; loving mother of John Calvin, Majority Leader Crystal D. Peoples-Stokes (George), Minister Collin III (Ruby) Davis, Cynthia D. Lewis (Karim), as well as Charlotte (Edward); predeceased by one daughter, Doris Marie Hayes; grandmother of 11; great-grandmother of 17; precious sister of Emily Ruff, Mavis Settles, Mary Belle Davis, Bertha (Joseph) Sales, Mildred Brooks, Marteen (Mary) Swans; predeceased by Ozelle Aldridge, John, Rev. Bennie, Eva Mae Blackshear, Elizabeth Smith, Christine Wilkerson; survived by hundreds of family members and friends. Family will receive friends Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 2-7 PM at 58 Linden Park. Visitation, Eastern Star Service and all Tributes will be Friday, August 12, 2002, 7-9 PM at St. Luke AME Zion Church, 314 East Ferry Street. Public viewing Saturday 10 AM, Celebration of Life 11 AM, August 13, 2022. Interment at Acacia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Honor of Clara M. Davis to The Concerned Parents Council Ministry of St. Luke AME Zion Church or FeedMore WNY.
