February 24, 2022; of Cheektowaga, NY; age 103. Beloved wife of the late John F. Sciortino; loving mother of Susan A. (Robert) Blenker; cherished grandmother of John H. Freiberg; adored great-grandmother of Hannah, Joseph, Lilli and Madison; dear daughter of the late Guiseppe and Maria Deminico; predeceased by five sisters and two brothers; also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present on Monday from 5-8 PM at the Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1024 French Road, Cheektowaga. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday from St. Philip the Apostle Church, 950 Losson Road, at 10AM. Family and friends are asked to please assemble at the church. Susan, My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Your Mother was quite the character and I really enjoyed chatting with her at family gatherings . She was so spunky, especially at her 100th birthday celebration! What a wonderful fullfilling life she had. She will be missed by all.
