DE BERARDINIS - Constance M. (nee Keller) Of Lake View, NY, July 6, 2015; beloved wife of the late Michael L. De Berardinis: loving mother of Michael (Maria), David (Trish), Daniel (Mary), Douglas, Duane (late Michelle), Darren (Melanie), Damon (Diane) and Donald (Pamelyn); cherished grandmother of Michael, Mark, Brian, Sarah, Joshua, Julia, Matthew, Daniel and Jarod; dear sister of Patricia (Patrick) Lucey, Terrance (Kathy) Gates and the late Norman Keller, James (Brenda) McGillicuddy and Michael (Lynn) Keller; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present for a Memorial Wake, August 6, 2015 from 2:00 - 7:00 PM at the (Hamburg Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5453 Southwestern Blvd. (corner of Rogers Rd., 646-5555) where a Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a Humane Society of your choice in Connie's memory. Connie was a life member of the Lake View Vol. Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary.
