Beloved husband of the late June (nee Takac) Cotter; devoted father to Kevin (Linda) Cotter, Colleen (Albert) Kraft, Mary (Richard) Miller, Pamela (Brian) King, and Sharon (Philip) Swiatek; cherished grandfather to Kellie (Matthew Zych) Cotter, Gillian (Johnathan) Riesen, Courtney (Mark Stoeckl) Cotter, Ryan (Emily) Cotter, Chelsea (Cory) Wheat, Amanda (Tony) Caruana, Brady King, Emily King, the late William King, Patrick Swiatek, and Meghan Swiatek; loving great-grandfather to Roman and Eleanor Riesen, Alina Caruana, and Romy Wheat; dear brother of Elizabeth (late George) Marts, and Patricia (late James) Hannon; adored brother-in-law of the late Janice (late Leonard) Forth, Robert (late Kathy) Takac, Paul Takac, and Barbara (late James) Kwitowski; also survived by many relatives and dear friends. Friends may visit Tuesday, April 22nd from 4PM-8PM at LAKESIDE MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1340 Union Road, West Seneca, NY 14224. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, April 23rd at 10:15AM at Queen of Heaven Parish, 4220 Seneca Street, West Seneca, NY 14224. Please assemble at church. Interment at St. Matthew's Cemetery to follow the mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Foundation of Catholic Health, the McCauley Residence Hospice Care in Dan's memory.
