Beloved husband of the late Patricia A. (nee Reilly) Mulhern. Devoted father of Daniel J. (Susan), Timothy P. (Karen), Mary P., Maureen T., Molly E. (Erick) Blenk and the late Peggy M. (Peter) Goodwin. Loving grandfather of Stephanie, Rachel, Mariah, Reilly, Christian, Kayla, Ryan, Ben, Zach, Natalie, Abby, Conor, Fiona and great grandfather of Finn, Jack, Arwyn, Seraphina, Rebel and Roman. Dear brother of Mary Lou (John) Trombly and James F. (Susan) Mulhern. Also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc., 911 Englewood Ave. Sunday from 2-5 PM . All are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Amelia Church, 2999 Eggert Rd., Tonawanda, NY, 14150, Monday at 9:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dan's Memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Mercy Corps. Please share condolences at www.mertzfh.com

Dan (and Pat) were a great pair of loyal Catholic Christians. Thru the Holy Name Society and when they lived on Mayer Rd (where i did First Friday Masses) I was privileged to know and pray with them. I shall remember them at Mass this afternoon. RIP!
