Of Wheatfield, NY; age 79. Devoted husband and best friend of 57 years to Barbara A. (nee Muffoletto) Coia. Proud father of Kimberly (Christopher) Peters and Lisa (Peter) Seymour. Loving Papa to Matthew, Samantha, Nicholas and the late PJ. Devoted son of the late Alma (nee Bauth) Coia. Dear brother of Daniel (Patty) Coia, Judy Mesko and Victor Coia. Beloved brother-in-law to Lucretia Muffoletto, Anthony (Kim) Muffoletto and the late Pasquale (late Yvonne) Muffoletto and the late Rosetta (late Stephen) Palmeri. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present on Thursday, June 27th from 4-8 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2600 Sheridan Dr. (corner of Parker Blvd.) where a funeral service will be held on Friday June 28th at 10:00 AM. David passed away peacefully at his home after a lengthy illness. His family will remember him lovingly for his unwavering strength and resiliency. Flowers gratefully declined.
