Beloved wife of Gloria Lucker; daughter of the late David and Rose Risner; stepmother of Fred (Dena) Sterns, David Sterns and the late Ellen Sterns Paquin; cherished friend of Karin and Shellie Lackey; sister of Raymond (Chris) Risner, Beverly (Susan Boitano Brown) Risner, Larry (Mary) Risner, Betty (Gary) Brandon and the late Ron, Gordon, Jack and David Risner, Rosemarie Chamberlain, Carol Batten and Baby Ray; sister-in-law of Mary, Bettie, Lorell, Carol Ann and Cheryl Risner and Larry Chamberlain; "Grandma Sugar" to 6 grandchildren; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Dawn was very proud of her 47 years of sobriety with the help of AA. She was a certified wildlife rehabilitator. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
