KOSTON - Dennis J.
Passed away peacefully December 18, 2022 at home in his sleep after a long battle with cancer. He fought the cancer with grace and strength and showed loving kindness to all those around him. Dennis is survived by Zoe A. Koston (nee Swartz), his wife of 34 years. He is predeceased by his father Leonard Koston and survived by his mother Emily Koston (nee Kostrzewa). Family includes his brother David Koston, Sister-in-law Pam Swartz (nee Lesses); Cousins Gary Steszewski, Ron Steszewski, Karen Zeni, and Sharon Anger; Chosen family David Maynard and Kristie Maynard; Loving uncle of Kelsey Moore Ofori, Bella Moore, Maya Moore Gray, Andrew Swartz, Kelsie Marie Pollick, Brad Pollick, Jaryd Maynard, Sara Maynard, Marie Maynard and Asher Maynard. Special thanks and gratitude go to Meredith Kramer Brown, Dyan Leonard and David Maynard. Dennis was a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who worked with compassion in the areas of Forensics, Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health. Dennis rescued and fostered dogs and cats, and cherished his pets, Annabella, Becka, Rocky and Nicky. He enjoyed traveling, especially his annual trips to St. Martin and camping closer to home. Visits with family and friends was something he looked forward to every year. A Celebration of Life will occur at a later date.
