Age 92, formally of Fredonia, New York, departed from his family on September 17, 2025. Beloved father of Donald (Pegg) Butcher, Jr., Janise (Don) Rhoades, James (Jerry) Butcher, the late Paula (Dan) Troutman and Chaz Coats-Butcher. Relatives and friends may visit the VanRensselaer and Son Funeral Home, 14 Church Street, Randolph, on Tues., September 23, 2025 from 4 pm to 7 pm, from where funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 am. All memorials can be made in lieu of the Shiners Hospital in Erie, Pa., and/or Roswell Park Institute. To leave a condolence, log onto www.vanrensselaerandsonfuneralhome.com.
