(nee Paddock)
January 29, 2022; of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved wife of Martin L. Nowicki. Dearest mother of Wendy (Kevin) Smosna, Jody (Eric) Purpura and Heidi N. Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Daniel, Jamie, Katlyn, David, Evan, Mitchell and the late Jason. Adored great-grandmother of Cooper. Loving daughter of the late Harry and Geraldine Paddock. Dear sister of David (Christine) Paddock, Dolores (late Donald) Rybak and predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. Also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present on Thursday from 3-7 p.m. at the (French Road Chapel) Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 1024 French Rd. (near Borden Rd.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday in St. Philip the Apostle Church, 950 Losson Rd., at 10:00 a.m. Please assemble at church. Flowers gratefully declined. Ohh, Donna~How sad I feel, hearing that you have passed. We traveled the same path throughout life, starting at School #61....moved on, to F.J.H.S.....(where you and Marty were the "real deal"...everybody knew it...great couple) then, we graduated from Bennett H.S. together. Some years after, we had the pleasure of connecting again, working at ECC-North. From the very first time I met you when we were 5 yrs. old....I found you to be kind, caring and sincerely honest. You have stayed true to that, Donna...through all 67 years of knowing you. Yes, I am truly sad over the loss of a beautiful person like you. Jim and I would like to express our Sincere Condolences to Marty, daughters, the Nowicki and Paddock families. We pray for your strength during this very difficult time. Rest in Heavenly Peace, Donna. You will never be forgotten.

Jody, Wendy, Heidi and Dad Nowicki, So many memories from childhood and growing up in a close knit neighborhood. I will always cherish the fond times remembering your Mom. Dinners at your house, watching TV programs, swimming, and the annual 4th of July family parties you graciously let me attend. Riding our bikes to grandma & grandpa Paddock´s house.
