Douglas HEITZHAUS Obituary
Of East Aurora, NY, passed away April 16, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen R. (nee Louis) Heitzhaus; former husband of the late Ann (nee Alianello) Heitzhaus; dear father of Kim (Ray) Clarke, Kevin (Mechelle) Heitzhaus and Donna (James) Falter; stepfather of the late Dennis H. Brennan II; grandfather of Michelle (Nicholas) Herber, Christopher (Angela) Spampata, Aaron Heitzhaus, Gabrielle Volpe, Liam and Conor Clarke, Leo Rosso and Shelby Combs; great-grandfather of Lucas Spampata; brother of Robert, James (Ellen), Michael, Judy Brady and the late William (Marge) Heitzhaus; nephew of Jack (late Patricia) Heitzhaus; also survived by many nieces, nephews, his beloved friends with whom he spent time with at King's Quarters in Alden and Ravenwood Farm in E. Aurora/Middleport along with "his pride and joy horse" Max. Family will be present at the CHARLES MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 13228 Broadway Alden, NY Wednesday 3-7 PM., where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 AM.
