June 25, 2022 of South Buffalo, NY; beloved husband of the late Patricia A. (Volkenner); loving father of Mary (Salvatore) Lombardo, Jeanne (Joseph) Garvin, Paul (Cheryl), Nancy (Joseph) Zippier, Lora (late Timothy) (Michael Fesh) Johnson, John (Mary), Carole Reilly and Margaret (Christopher) Martello; dear grandpa Jack of Anthony (Amanda), Nicholas and Vincent Lombardo, Tim (Jess) and John (Rebecca) Garvin and Colleen (Jack) Browne, Paul and Brandon (fiancee Taylor) Heitzhaus and Caitlyn (Luke) Rankie, Matthew (Alexa) Zippier, Katherine (Christopher) Murphy and Sara (Anthony) DeWald, Brittany (David) Nguyen and Michael Johnson, Lauren (Ryan) Fiust-Klink and Emily, Andrew and Christopher Heitzhaus, Clare (fiance Matthew), Erin and Megan Reilly and Lindsey (fiance Kevin) and Jack Martello; great-grandpa to 14 and counting. The family will be receiving relatives and friends Wednesday from 4-8 PM and Thursday from 3-8 PM at the SIECK, MAST & LESLIE FUNERAL HOME, 250 Orchard Park Road, West Seneca, 716-825-5205 (between Seneca Street and Potters Road). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Charity Parish: Holy Family Worship Site. Please promptly assemble at church. Flowers gratefully declined, donations in Jack's name may be made to Hospice Buffalo, Inc. Jack worked for Niagara Mohawk and retired after 40 years. He was involved in numerous clubs and committees, including the Knights of Columbus Father Baker Council. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Share online memories and condolences at

We are so very sorry for your loss. I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know Jack when I worked at MMA and he was on the board. Paul and I will miss his big smile and the wave as we walk or drive by the circle. He will be missed so much. God Bless you all?
