September 11, 2022 of Buffalo's Old First Ward; son of the late Delmar D. Skinner and Julia M. Skinner (nee Jacobsen); brother of Daniel D. Skinner and Julia M. "Pumkin" Skinner; beloved uncle of Daniel Skinner, Jr., Jason Covell, Jr., Megan Olson and the late Nicholas Diehl; also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. No prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 115 O'Connell Ave., Buffalo, NY 14204 on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 9:30 AM.
