Earl Aragona Obituary
Feb. 1, 1952 - Feb. 4, 2024
Earl Aragona, known as Papa to his grandchildren, died unexpectedly at the age of 72 on Sunday, February 4th, 2024. Earl met the love of his life Lisa in college. They married soon after and enjoyed 51 happy years together. Together they created a life dedicated to excitement, travel, and happiness. They particularly enjoyed spending time together with family and friends at the cottage atKeuka Lake and in Charleston, SC.Earl was passionate about photography, creating books for his grandchildren, going on walks, and eating good food with the people he loved. Earl was the loudest, funniest, and most welcoming person in any room he entered. He found friends everywhere he went, and loved making people laugh. He will be remembered for his generosity and fierce loyalty. He is greatly missed by his wife Lisa; his children Carolyn Miller and David Aragona; his grandchildren Adelyn Miller, Brooks Miller, Anabelle Aragona, and Rowan Aragona; and all of his many friends. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to The Family Justice Center of Buffalo, NY an organization that Earl supported with his time and expertise. A memorial service will be planned for this summer.

Just was notified of Earl's passing. It came as quite a shock. One thing about Earl was that he truly enjoyed life with all his travels and adventures. As a fraternity brother I can say that all his brothers are sending you our deepest condolences as Earl was one of a kind. RIP brother

Lisa, so sorry to read of Earl's passing. I was hired by Earl when he worked for Guardian Automated Services in the Liberty. We later worked on a services booklet for WSDDSO in West Seneca. I always loved his fabulous and quick sese of humor. I know he will be forever missed by those who knew and loved him. Deepest Sympathies.

I worked with Earl teaching the Drinking Drivers. He was a riot and made the class interesting. He had a unique way of relating to the students. I am glad I got to know him. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Earl was our pleasantly unique guy next door whom everyone wishes they had next door. He is greatly missed. We often joked about having a lit candle in our window. Now that candle represents that Earl lives on in our hearts and memories.
