Age 82, of Grand Island, entered into eternal rest. Beloved husband of 60 years to Mary K. (nee Backes) Adams; devoted father of Edwin (Susan) Adams, Jr.; Todd (Jane) Adams; Scott (Jennifer) Adams; Tracy (Patrick) Dworak; Melissa (Eric) Stolzenburg; cherished Grampy of Bennett and Charlie Adams; Meredith and Elizabeth Adams; Daphne and Mallory Adams; Sydney and Patrick Dworak; and Samantha and Jakob Stolzenburg; loving son of the late LaDora (nee Sprague) and George E. Adams; also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Edwin worked at Kideney Architects of Buffalo for over 50 years, specializing in hospitals and health care facilities. Family and friends may visit Kaiser Funeral Home, 1950 Whitehaven Rd, Grand Island on December 8, from 1-4 PM followed by a brief Celebration of Life at 4 PM. A private internment at White Chapel Cemetery will occur at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Edwin's name may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, 14094, or on-line at: www.niagarahospice.org.
