Of Elma, NY. Beloved wife of Timothy J. Snyder; dearest mother of Travis (Camille), Graham (Madeline), Alexis (Dakota) Packman, Seth, Mariah, Leo, Gemma, and Christopher; loving Nona of Jay, Eliza, and Everley; sister of Cory (Carla), Perry, Daryl (Cathy), Bart (Lynn) Ciambella, Shar (Kevin) Donovan, Janine (Fred) Newton; also survived and loved by many relatives and friends. Visitation Friday 3-7 PM at the PAUL A. KLOC BLOSSOM CHAPELS, INC., 4680 Clinton St. (cor. Borden Rd.), West Seneca. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday 10:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul RC Church (Spring Brook). Ellen was an Associate Missionary at St. Luke's Mission (Buffalo), a Third Order Dominican, and a Youth Minister at St. Vincent's. Ellen holds a Master's degree in Pastoral Ministries from Christ the King Seminary. She loved God, family, and bringing people to the Catholic faith. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Luke's Mission of Mercy (Buffalo). Online condolences may be shared at WWW.KLOCFUNERALHOME.COM.

Dear Tim & Family,
She was a Saint-offering up every ounce of her suffering for the souls of her family and sanctification of others. She encouraged me to fast when I needed a mountain to move. She was a devoted Catholic wife, an amazing super mom -recall our MOMS group gave her the Mother of Mercy award! A true woman of virtue, abundant in generosity! A woman of service always thinking of others and an authentic woman of faith which defined Ellen Snyder! I´ll treasure her bright smile and uplifting spirit in my heart. Her interior light of Christ within her will continue to be seen and felt through her loving family! Peace and prayers as we grieve and rejoice as she enters her eternal home!

There are no words of comfort as strong as knowing that Ellen, a believer in Jesus Christ is at her forever home. We Christians temporarily left here to mourn will deal with grief in our individual way, yet we share in the promise that we too will someday join Ellen Mary in the presence of our glorified Savior. Many are hurting today for you, especially the FP brotherhood/sisterhood who had the blessing to know her. Stay strong, reach out if you need to, we love you. Yours in Christ, Marty Link
