May 17, 2022, loving daughter of Dr. Nicholas and Pamela (nee Schwarzkopf); beloved sister of Julie and Katie (Matthew) Vandermeulen; loving aunt of Avery Quinn Vandermeulen; granddaughter of Rose and the late Joseph Aquino and the late Robert and late Arlene Schwarzkopf; dog-mom of Sammy; also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Pompeii R.C. Church, Lancaster, NY on Monday, May 23rd, at 9:30 AM. No prior visitations. Emily was a proud Registered Nurse and an avid Buffalo Bills fan. Please wear red, white or blue in memory. GO BILLS! When I heard of your loss, I was overwhelmed by a flood of the many lessons, rehearsals and wonderful times together of which I remembered.
