Beloved wife of the late Harry Schmidt; loving mother of Amy (Lawrence) Banker and the late Chaim Schmidt; sister of the late Shoshana Perlmutter; grandmother of Brett and Adam Banker and the late Jamie Banker. A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday 11AM at Ahavas Achim Cemetery, Pine Ridge Heritage Blvd., Cheektowaga 14225. Memorials may be made Hadassah. Shiva will be held in Washington, D.C. I will always remember Chava as loving life. She was a bright lady whom i always enjoyed spending time with, and the friendship she shared with my mother-in-law Paula was touching as they were always there for one another. It is a memory of Chava that will always remain in my memory.
