March 25, 2020, cherished partner of Donna M. Dosher; dearest son of the late Everett L. and Elaine M. (nee Ryer) Oppel; beloved brother of John, Roger and Steven Oppel and the late Kathleen Faulkner and Karen Henderson; also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 13th, 2021 from 6 - 10 PM at The Knights of Columbus, 261 South Legion Dr., Buffalo, NY 14220.
