Age 81. Beloved husband of 59 years to Rosemary (nee Chip) Starr; devoted father of John Starr and Jennifer Starr; loving grandfather of Haley Grace; predeceased by siblings Gerald (Florence), Elmer, LaVern (Loretta), Valjean, Arlene (late Ralph) Merner, Janice (late Bernard) Wagner, and Cheryl Wright; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Floyd was a United States Army Veteran and retired from General Motors. The family will be present Sunday, October 12, 2025 from 1-3 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2600 Sheridan Dr. (at Parker Blvd.). Funeral Service to be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
