Age 86. Loving wife of 60 years to the late Chester B. Zekas; dear mother of Michael (Darcy) Zekas, Mary (Chuck) Swiger, Ann Zekas (Donald Litch) and the late John Zekas; also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; sister of the late Joanne Moreno and late Theresa Coughlin. Friends may call at Dengler, Roberts, Perna Funeral Home, 8630 Transit Rd., East Amherst, New York, on Wednesday, August 20, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at the same venue, beginning at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Western New York, 6400 Sheridan Dr. #320, Buffalo, New York, 14221. More information can be found at www.alz.org. My condolances to the friends and family of Francine, with whom I grew up on Claremont Ave. in Buffalo so many years ago. So many good memories of happy times,,,I think the Aqulinas were the first to have a TV, for example.
