81, of Little Valley passed away at his home. He was born in Buffalo, son of the late Frank and Loretta (Gioeli) Kempisty Sr. Frank was a US Army veteran with 23 years of service. He was a supervisor from the West Valley Nuclear Plant, and worked at Bethlehem Steel for many years. Frank is survived by two daughters; Cari (Steven) Hunter and Brook (Chris) Goodrum as well as his five grandchildren. Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm from Mentley Funeral Home Inc., 411 Rock City St. in Little Valley. A Memorial Service with military honors will be held immediately following at 7:30 pm from the funeral home. Burial will be in Liberty Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors.
