Frederick KUHN Obituary

KUHN - Frederick J. "Fritz"
Age 82 of the City of Tonawanda, died peacefully on December 27, 2020. Husband of 58 years to Marie Ann (nee Polak) Kuhn; father of Michael F. (Anna), Thomas J. (Jackie) and William A. (Shelley) Kuhn; grandfather of Joshua, Emily and Victoria; son of the late Fred and Marie (nee Kohler) Kuhn; brother of the late Vincent (late Jane) Kuhn, Mary (late Dr. William) Kneer and Allan (Lorraine) Kuhn; brother-in -law of Lorraine (late Allan) Kuhn and Hannelore (late Gustav) Polak; also survived by nieces and nephews. Fritz was a 1955 graduate of Tonawanda High School and a graduate of SUNY Oneonta. He also attended Buffalo State and Niagara University. He was employed for 35 years, in the Grand Island School System, retiring in 1996. He was also a Supervisor of Student Teachers in Elementary Education at Buffalo State and also a Director at the Park School Summer Camp. Fritz was a Life Member of the National Hose Volunteer Fire Co. No. 1 and a member of BCCA of America Simon Pure Chapter. He was also a die hard Yankees fan. A private Prayer Service will be held with Fritz's immediate family. Condolences may be shared at www.ROTHFUNERAL.com.

My condolences to the Kuhn Family! Loved talking to Fritz at all the Simon Pure events and running into him around town. Always had a smile and a great story to tell. He will be missed for sure.
