Of Tonawanda, NY, passed away at Harris Hill Nursing Home. He was born in Buffalo, NY at St. Mary's Maternity Hospital. Fred was a machine repairman at American Axel (former Chevy Axel plant) in Buffalo, NY, retiring in 1995. He served with the U..S. Armed Forces with the Airforce from 1952 to 1955 where he received the National Defense Service Medal and the Gold Conduct Medal. He was a lifelong member of the Amvets. Fred is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years Geraldine (Bauer) Seibold, his loving children Kenny (Erika) Seibold, Sharon (Joseph-deceased) Gatti, Karen (Richard) Evans, and Randy Seibold, 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. As well as his sister-in-law Mary (Dottie) Bauer. A celebration of life will be held at a future date by the family.

So sorry to hear about Fred's passing. I worked what I'm at Chevy and he helped me out at the union meetings all the time. My condolences go out to the family.

Sorry to see of Fred's passing, my prayers go out for him and his family.I worked with Fred at Chevy Buffalo and we where partners on a lot of jobs together and he taught me a lot as I was a machine repairmen apprentice,i learned a lot from him and had many good times with him and a few lunch time beers also,may you RIP Fred you where a good man and friend
