Dear Geoff's family... I am so sorry that I am only learning today of Geoff's passing. Geoff was originally an employee and became a great friend. We shared much home improvement together at each others' homes in the 90s. We remained friends, even sharing cancer of all things. Geoff received his diagnosis one year before I was diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer. I learned so much from Geoff that helped me prepare and deal with treatment. Most of all, I learned how important it was to be independent as possible throughout treatment and afterwards. His courage, determination, incredible loyalty, kindness, sense of humor, work ethic, and friendship are sorely missed. We were there for each other with his divorce and the passing of my partner of 20 years. I could not have asked for a better friend. The world feels so empty to me now without Geoff. His footprint was huge and he touched so many lives in the most meaningful of ways... true friendship. My deepest sympathies for your loss. I am certain that many are grieving with you.

I am so sorry to learn about Geoff's passing. He was always such a gentle, genuine guy. And that smile! I don't remember him ever having a harsh word to say about anyone or anything. (And that was during high school, when we all fell prey to cattiness.) To his family, please accept my heartfelt condolences.

Thank you, Geoff. Your unconditional friendship, your love of life, your words of wisdom and of course your humor has touched so many. For me personally, reconnecting with you after so many years was a breath of fresh air and a new outlook on life for me. And for that alone; I will be forever thankful for you. Namaste, my dear friend..Enjoy your next journey

Geoff was one of the nicest individuals that you could ever meet. His light hearted and witty personality had a way of making even the saddest of situations seem happy. He truly made an amazingly positive impact on numerous people during his relatively short time here on earth. Without a doubt he will be missed and remembered for many years to come.
