If this is the man I knew, he had red hair, tattoos and worked with me at ICE in the 90's. He was a computer nerd and loved music. Wild guy. My ICE family will be saddened when they hear.

This is s longshot but I l ew George between 1998-2001 and was wondering if this was the same man who had red hair, kind of heavy set, computer wizard? If so how did he pass?
