George DEGENER Obituary
August 17, 2023, age 88. Beloved husband of the late Carol E. (nee Kellam) Degener; devoted father of George (Veronika Ellis) Degener, Mark (Angel) Degener and Carmen (Dean Degener) Lovullo; loving grandfather of Kiefer, Maximilian, Forest, Shannon, and Winter; dear brother of the late Henry Degener; also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present Monday from 4-7 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2600 Sheridan Dr. (at Parker Blvd.). Family and friends are invited to assemble Tuesday at 9 AM to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Amelia Church, 2999 Eggert Rd., Tonawanda, NY 14150. Interment held privately. George was a retired Master Chief Electrician's Mate with the United States Navy and retired Maintenance Supervisor with Buffalo State College. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Amelia Church. Share condolences at
