Dear David, Debbie and Family,
I loved your Dad! From the first time I met him he was always warm and welcoming, interesting and interested. Memories of dancing with him at Debbie's wedding, listening to stories about David and Gary's youth spent blissfully racing and competing, to his holding my hand this past August one last time, warm my heart. Special people leave lasting impressions and I thank God for having had the opportunity to know George in my lifetime.

David, Debbie, and your families....
Hard to put this into words. A large part of my childhood (my whole life for that matter) took place with your dad. From throwing the football at U-Crest, to Little League Baseball at what were then the new diamonds by Maxams, to scale model race cars and electric football, to F1 races at Watkins Glen and Mosport, and so much more Mr. Lytle (never did get comfortable calling him George) made my life better. When WWll ended guys like your dad and mine came back to blue collar suburbs and started new families and new lives. So much of it was strange to them and they mostly made it up as they went along. They provided roofs over our heads and set us on a path to make something of our lives. They loved us and they were proud of us. After your mom passed, way to soon, your dad found reasons to carry on. Those reasons were mostly his children and grandchildren whom he loved dearly. Mr. Lytle rest in peace with our God and thanks for sharing your life with me. You will be missed.

Dear Deb and Dave and family...
Mr. George was one of the most wonderful, kindest man that I had the honor to know. A true gentleman. I will never forget how much he loved my Dad and how happy they were to spend breakfast together on Sunday mornings. I will never forget how sad it was to see them say their "goodbyes" shaking and patting each others hands knowing that it could be their last time together. They loved their grandchildren with a passion and they were usually the number one topic of their conversations. I cherish the memory of dropping them off and picking them up...they were so funny! What a team they were. And now...they are together again! God Bless you Mr. George and Dad...take good care of him.
All our deepest sympathy to all of you...Chuck, Paulann, Mike and Gina and family....Chuckie, Tony, Carrie and Carla.
