A wonderful friend from Beach days..
Even my Colleen thought he was such fun the only time she met him. Always glad to see everyone whenever, wherever. God Bless all the Schaeffer´s and especially Kathy.

I remember all the fun we had with dinners with Kathy, Kevin, and Marilee, but most of all his kindness and thoughtfulness.

I was so sorry to hear about George´s passing. We went to high school together and were Facebook friends for many years. I remember one of his granddaughters went to nursing school at my alma mater, Russell Sage. Please accept my deepest sympathies. Sincerely, Judy Sanders

Kathy and family: What a great guy and always that wonderful smile.
We believe George and Mick are making trouble with all kinds of pranks up there.
Glad he held the last mailing of the shared February14th birthday card of many, many years.

Dear Schaeffer Family, we are so sorry about the loss of George. Your love for your Husband, Father, Father in Law and Grandfather was always evident, but more than ever as you helped him find comfort and peace over these last few months. He sure was one of a kind. He was always so happy to see all of us from Erie, he couldn´t wait to hear all about what we were up to. I´m forever thankful for how much he welcomed and loved Bridget over the years, we know how she adored George. I especially enjoyed his chicken wing stories. To this day every time I hear, eat or see something about wings, I think of George! May you all find comfort that he touched so many lives and truly made a difference in this world. You are in our prayers! We love you, The Mourton´s
