Geraldine R. BULGER

BULGER - Geraldine R. (nee Gahwe) Born in Buffalo, NY on November 24, 1915, went home to the Lord's arms November 5, 2014, in Rochester, NY. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Adelia (Della) Gahwe; husbands Paul R. Popp, Jr. and George A. Bulger and beloved companion of later years, Erling A. Dalaker. Survived by daughters Kathryn (John) Weider of Rochester, NY and Virginia Cologgi of Buffalo; grandchildren Sean (Ana Harris) Weider of NYC, Rachel (Gray) Taylor of Georgetown, TX, Meredith (Michael) McDonnell of Kingston, ONT, Arthur and Matthew Cologgi of Buffalo; great-grandchildren Devin and Noah Saenger, Emily, Madeleine and Sloane McDonnell; and step-great-grandchildren Weston, Savannah and Delaney Taylor. Jerry was a proud Buffalonian of German-American heritage and graduate of Fosdick Masten Park High School, where she was a member of Beata Literary Honor Society. She subsequently attended UB for two years, thereafter completing her business degree at Bryant and Stratton College A Funeral Mass was held in Rochester. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, November 17 at Acacia Park Cemetery, 4215 Tonawanda Creek Rd., North Tonawanda, NY 14120. Please meet at the Main Gate at 11:45 AM.
