HENNESSY - Gertrude I. (nee Brown) Of Akron, NY, entered into rest August 13, 2008; wife of the late Daniel E. Hennessy; loving mother of Paul (Mary Jo) Hennessy and Sandra (John) Iannello; proud grandmother of six grandchildren including Peter, Brian and Patrick Hennessy; great-grandmother of seven; sister of the late Edward Brown; sister-in-law of Elizabeth Brown; also surviving are several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday 10 AM in St. Teresas R.C. Church, Akron. Family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME, 10 Eckerson Ave., Akron. Burial Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
