Grandfather of 10, Great-Grandfather of 5, brother Wilford (Ruby) Billups and Mary Dawson. Survived by a host of family and friends. Wake Saturday 6/8/2024 @ 10am, funeral 11am Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 402 Clinton Street, Buffalo, NY. Arrangements by Alan R. Grew up with a few of his grand children. He known my family and I for years! Mr. Billups was a cool old dude. He has long been retired since I´ve started at Dunlop but we´ve talked about work often. Send my love the the Billups and Camp family
