I am very sorry to hear of the passing of " Fr. Henry ". Father has made a great positive influence on my life as one of the altar servers at St. Augustine. His wonderful voice can still be heard singing within the walls of the church at the sunday high Mass during the late 1950's. Music was very important to him and he loved to sing. Father, may you continue to sing in heaven for God.

For nearly 25 years, I have known Msgr. Henry. During these years, I have come to admire his holiness, his zeal for souls, his strength of character and his living the ideal of priesthood. He was a model of what a priest could and should be. The Diocese of Buffalo is poorer because of the passing of this good man.
Several years ago he asked me personally to deliver the Eulogy at his funeral. I really never imagined the day would come. Sadly, it has.
Rest in peace, dear Monsignor and pray for us that we might be able to follow your example of faithfulness to the Lord and the Gospel.

God bless and keep Fr. Henry in His care. I'll never forget the impact he had on my life as a student at St.Augustine, and as one of his altar boys 1956-1962. He was a"Good Shepherd" and a role model for many boys in the parish during their formative years. May he rest in peace.

Dear Betty: I'm so sorry. So sorry that we lost Father Henry. We will always have happy memories of him and his involvement with the CYC at St. Augie's. He was always my favorite priest. This is a huge loss to us. I'll forever remember him singing to my husband and I at our 50th anniversary party. He married us 50 years before, then renewed our vows all those years later. He brings back many happy memories.
