July 20, 2021, of Lackawanna, NY. Beloved wife of the late Walter M. Sanok; dearest mother of Michael (Ellen) and Andrea (Michael) Connors; loving grandmother of Hilary (Michael) Mattingly, Kristen (Brendan) Wilson, David (Jamie) Sanok and Katherine (Trevor Elliott) Sanok; great-grandmother of Walter, Connor, Oscar Mattingly, Jackson, Patrick, William Sanok, Michael, Brooks, and Ellie Wilson; sister of the late John, Ted, and Florence Olszowy; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at THE COLONIAL MEMORIAL CHAPELS, 3003 South Park Ave., Lackawanna, NY, on Sunday, July 25, 2-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM, Monday, from Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church (please assemble in church). Flowers gratefully declined. Donations may be made to OLV Restoration Fund.

I worked with Irene for several years at Eber Bros on William St. Irene was always eager to help us salesman and I can never forget such a sweat person. So sorry to see her leave us.
