Dear Bernadette and family,
Jack was certainly one of my favorite patients. His testimony and love for the Lord made his face shine. I know he is singing and full of joy today and that we will see him again when we see Christ. I pray the Lord will give you peace and will bless you. You were an awesome family that made it possible for Jack to remain at home as long as possible. I know that made him so very happy.
