Jack REESE Obituary

REESE - Jack J. Passed on to his eternal rest December 28, 2010. He was born in Parkersburg, WA on August 16, 1927. He was preceded in death by his wife Margie and his sons Robert and Mark. Survivors include sons Samual (Peggy) and John; daughter Elizabeth Greiner; brother Carl (Lorraine); sister Patricia (Phillip) Simmons; eight-grandchildren and friends Dorothy Harrod and Marlene Masullo. Jack served proudly in the U.S. Army from 1945-48 and was a member of the China Burma Veternas. He had many fond memories of his service in China and was proud of the fact that he could speak Chinese. He was a mason for more than fifty years and held memberships in Ismalia Shrine, Eggertsville Grand Lodge #1138, Adoniram and the VFW Post #416. After his retirement from Roadway Express, Jack donated his time to many of these organizations until his health failed. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment at Western Reserve National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to your favorite charity or call a lonely friend. You were one of a kind, Jack, God Bless!
