I can´t believe it´s been almost 10 years! So much has changed over the years but your memory is still strong. I can imagine you playing the piano somewhere beautiful. I continue to create and grow, but wish I could share the work with you and hear your advice. You will always be remembered.

Jim was a close and very dear friend. I am shocked and grief stricken by his death. We met when he was a student at MIT and he took a course with me. Then others, then as a teaching assistant in a few of my courses. Over the years we became wonderful friends, meeting up in Paris, Vienna, Cambridge, New York, Vermont. My heart goes out to the family at this tragic loss. He brought light to his family, friends and in his great gifts as an architect. I will miss him terribly.

As an architect Jim created many beautiful spaces. As a friend he was always there with good advice and a smile. As a mentor he taught me so much.
Jim will truly be missed by many and I am so happy to have had the chance to know him.

Prayers of comfort and a light of peace for those who hold fond memories of Jim in their hearts. May those moments of joy be a continued source of peace each time they are remembered.

Jim loved the arrangement of water towers and the changing colors of the day outside of his NYC office windows along Broadway in the Cable Building
