Of Kenmore, entered into rest February 8, 2022. Beloved husband of Carol Hammer; devoted father of Leah Teuschel, Kim Jezioro, Nicholas (Elizabeth) Tomaselli, James C. Tomaselli (Carolyn Martin) and the late Jeffrey Tomaselli; cherished papa of Matthew Teuschel, Andrew Teuschel, Danielle Jezioro, Nicole Jezioro, Patrick Coyne, Cameron Tomaselli and James M. Tomaselli; loving son of the late James and Gertrude (nee Buchno) Tomaselli; dear brother of Patricia Morreale, late Joanne Martinelli and the late Mary Tomaselli; adored brother-in-law of Carl Morreale; also survived by his special niece and kidney donor Sherry Tomaselli Nugent and many other loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Friday (February 11) from 3-7 PM. A Funeral Service will immediately follow. James was a U.S. Army veteran who served from 1962-1964. He was also a partner in Cardinal Construction and joined the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority as a supervisor of Construction, where he retired in 2006. He then joined the Buffalo Public Schools as a Construction Inspector, where he worked until 2019. James loved his family, friends and golf.
