BLASIK - John F. Age 89, of North Tonawanda, NY, Sunday (April 16, 2017), Mr. Blasik was born in Buffalo, NY on August 10, 1927 to John and Mary (Rataczak) Blasik. John was a WWII Navy Veteran, 50 year member of American Legion Post # 1041, and a retired Electrical Technician-Bell Aerospace. John was predeceased by his wife Florence (Domaracki) Blasik. John is survived by his long-time companion Judy Michael; father of Linda M., and John M. Blasik, Susan Fields, and Patricia (Richard) Wattengel; grandfather of Alysha (Alex) Guenther, Sarah (Tanner) Spani, and Joseph Blasik, and his beloved feline Monty. Friends may call Thursday from 4-8 PM at the WATTENGEL FUNERAL HOME, 533 Meadow Drive, North Tonawanda, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 AM.
