To the Eagleton Family (Diane, John, Tina, Gail, Don & Children)
Our hearts go out to you during this difficult time. We were certainly blessed to have known Bud and what a special man he truly was.
Please cherish all the memories and talk of him often and share the good times.
May you be blessed with the thought there is one more angel among us.
With our sincere sympathy.

Aunt Diane,
We are so sorry for your loss.
I just want to thank you for sharing so much with us over the years. You and Uncle Bud are treasured members of our family. No family event or milestone in our lives was complete without you two there.
Each of those events brings back memories of such joy and happiness, and a big part of that happiness is the laughter that Uncle Bud brought.
The trip to Cape Cod with the “boys” playing with the CB radios the whole time; driving down to grad school with Uncle Bud and Dad in the truck; holidays; birthdays; weddings; picnics; and dinners. The simplest meal, the smallest event was just more fun with him there, and milestones in our loves more joyous for having shared them with him.
Gail and John,
Thank you so much for sharing your father with us. No words can console your loss, but please know that that loss is shared in some small way by each of us whose lives your father touched. His spirit was so wonderful and so giving that it shall live on in our most cherished memories.
God bless and take care,
Kay and Charlie

Dear John, Tina, Tyler, Spencer, and the Eagleton Family,
During this time of sadness, may you remember the joy, laughter, and love that you shared with your father and grandfather. These little thoughts keep him alive in your memory and heart forever. The lessons you learned are part of you always.
In days to come, as you suddenly think of special moments, look heavenward and smile. Give thanks that you had such a gift in your lives.
Truly, may the love you share lift you and support you through such a difficult time. May you feel God's hands caring for you and his arms enfolding you when you need it most.
Blessings and love to all!

My name is Susan Siegel and I am the Director of Volunteer Services at Roswell ParK Cancer Institute. John was a wonderful and dedicated who volunteered his time for over 18 years and 2,785 hours. John was at our Information Desk greeting patients and visitors, giving directions, and trying to acknowledge all the people with their many questions. John will long be remembered by all the people he helped and guided including the many volunteers and staff who knew the Thursday volunteer with the cherubic face, kind words and twinkling eyes.
Rest in peace and thank you, John.
