To My Grandpa:
There are no words to express how much I miss you. Your were such a great person and I will always remember everything about you especially your great sense of humor, your big heart and the joke between us everytime I walked by and touched you. I even remember all the little things about you and I will never forget them. I couldn't have wished for a better grandfather. I am so greatful you got to see me have my first child and got to see the first year of her life. I am saddend that she will never get to know her great grandfather but I will tell her about you once she'll understand. I love you and Miss you always John Boy!

To the Holland Family,
I am sadden to hear of John's passing. I remember the friendship that John and Shirley had with my parents. I also treasure the times I babysat for your kids. Just the other day I passed the house on Dartmouth where you used to live and wondered about your family. May God be with you at this sad time.
