John Koman

KOMAN - John May 23, 2009, age 86, beloved husband of the late Helen (nee Puszek) and Anna (nee Tarabas) Koman; father of Marian (Timothy) Murphy, William (Brigitte) Koman and the late Eugene Koman; grandfather of Eileen (Noah) Knataitis and Timothy Murphy; brother of the late Semen "Sam" Koman. The family will be present on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the GRECO FUNERAL HOME, 2909 Elmwood Ave. (near Sheridan Dr.) where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10:15 AM. Mr. Koman was a member of The Ukrainian Home-Dnipro, a representative of The Providence Association and retired from General Motors. Flowers gratefully declined.
