RIEMAN - John "Jackie/Josh"
Born March 27, 1939, passed away January 1, 2021. Beloved son of the late Denis Sr. and Winifred (Fagan) Rieman; dear brother of the late Mary Ellen (late Donald) Hinton, late Robert (late Teresa) Rieman, late Russell (Shirley) Rieman, Denis Jr. (late Joan) Rieman, late William Rieman Sr., Winifred (late J. Robert) Flanigen, Katherine (Paul) Andersen; and late sister-in-law Nancy Ransford-Fay; also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial to be held Friday, January 8, 10:30 AM, at Our Lady of Victory Basilica in Lackawanna. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Buffalo Fire Historical Museum, 1850 William Street, Buffalo, NY 14206, or have a Mass offered for the repose of his soul. My Dad got the biggest kick out of Josh. They stayed in contact for decades after their years in the BFD. I hope they are now having the opportunity to see each other again. RIP, Josh.
