Joseph LATONA Obituary

LATONA - Joseph D.
Passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. Mr. Latona received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology. He also went on to receive his Masters of Science degree and a Major in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. He was a former partner in Krehbiel Assoc., former executive director of the NFTA, and a former Town of Clarence Engineer. Mr. Latona is survived by his wife, Barbara; his former wife, Sharon Eich; five children, Gina McCreary, Joseph (Angela), Jenny Duffy (Joe), James and Jeremy; six grandchildren, Elizabeth Klemmer (Leigh) Emily and Zeke McCreary, Corey Duffy (Lindsey, Nick Duffy, and Joseph Latona III; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carey Jo Keeler and Lyris Boren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lymara Agate. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 PM. (Receiving Hour), on Sunday, August 22, at the Clarence Center Fire Hall, 9415 Clarence Center Road, Clarence Center, 14032. A Memorial Service will follow at 3 PM. Mr. Latona's body was donated to the University at Buffalo's Anatomical gift program. He will be missed greatly by family and friends.
